Spicy Tomato Clam Linguine
- 2 cans undrained, minced clams
- 1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 lb cooked linguine
- Red pepper flakes
- Minced garlic
- Sauté onion and some minced garlic in olive oil until soft.
- Add undrained, minced clams, marinara and some red pepper flakes; simmer 15 minutes.
- Season with salt; toss with linguine and chopped parsley.
